RETARDER PROVER PASTRY 20/40 TE 1P - 40/80 TE 2P

PaBaTech retarder prover (automatic programmed proving) series Pastry designed for pastry, pizza and small-sized bread, with an innovative technology (Program Leavening Controller ONE). It is completely built in stainless steel AISI 304 18/10, with outside satin finishes. Insulation in high-density ozone-friendly polyurethane foam (42 Kg/ m3). Thickness 65 mm to ensure an effective insulation with the least energy consumption. Capacity 1200-2400 lts., 1-2 doors, prearranged to contain 20 or 40 trays 600x800 mm on stainless steel guides, adjustable in height. Operating temperature -10°C +40°C, relative humidity 70 to 95%. Refrigeration unit suitable for tropical conditions, with high-capacity components and low energy consumption, for specially hot environments (+40°C). Ozone-friendly refrigerant R404a. Electrical heating system through stainless steel heaters. Humidification system with built-in steam producer, suitable for continuous proving.
