The SMART line of planetary mixers was designed to process dough suitable for the production of pastry goods, bread and pizza. They come in 4 different models, depending on the bowl capacity, to fulfil diverse production requirements. Each planetary mixer comes with a stainless steel bowl and standard tools: a whisk, a blade and a spiral hook.
Unlike the smaller models, the SMART 60 planetary mixer is equipped with a lever to move the bowl up and down and a plastic AR transparent guard to monitor the dough in every phase and make the subsequent planetary mixer cleaning operations easier.
