Sturdy and reliable spiral mixers for bakeries, pizzerias and confectioner’s fitted with stainless steel bowl and spiral. Thanks to one-way rotation of the spiral and the simultaneous rotation of the bowl, the ingredients are mixed smoothly and quickly. The mechanical strength of the Mix spiral.
